The Plaza Hotel

Gorgeous hotel but unfriendly service. No offer of assistance with bags when arriving outside the hotel. Unmistakable air of condescension among majority of employees. Did not at all measure up to our other experiences with five-star hotels.

Regal. Quiet. Best location. Seamless luxury. Legendary. Tony soprano was here.

What a beautiful hotel. I'm pretty sure it's too expensive for me to stay here, but was glad to be able to walk in and see the public spaces.

Also we had a drink in The Lobby bar. 60 dollars for two hot chocolates with baileys... ;-)

What a great stay and privilege to be a part of this historic hotel. A few blocks from Central Park. A subway ride to everywhere else. The Plaza offers a hotel limo up to two miles which is we took to The Met and Daniel Boulud's restaurant one evening. The Todd English food court offers some of the best of NYC right down stairs. Once in a lifetime stay for us.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site.

Can you love a place the same way you love a person? Every stay at the Plaza has been a dream come true. We were upgraded to the Edwardian Suite during our latest visit. Amazing view! The staff is exemplary, and so courteous and accommodating. We're so looking forward to our next stay.
