Visited a friend. Beautiful room. Very friendly staff everywhere I encountered them. Door, front desk, elevator... They were friendly and really went out of the way to engage visitors. Definitely will recommend the spot to friends visiting NYC.

The rooms are nice and spacy and all basic facilities are covered such as kitchen, hot bath and free and reliable wifi. The main shortfalls of the hotel are that the room service and cleaning does not happen daily, and often is accompanied with a few kitchen items of the hotel taken away. My room did not have a working toaster despite staying there for 30 days. Also, the soundproofing of the rooms is not very sound.

Great hôtel at 20 min by foot from time square. But Wifi and breakfast to expensive...

Luxurious, spacious, and very neat hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating to a large party that had two rooms on separate floors. The rooms were very spacious considering it was a hotel in downtown NYC. The amenities were great. I slept very well and had a great shower there. Also conveniently located right around the corner from an amazing bagel place.
