The Pizza Place

Great little restaurant, delicious pizza, love the grandma pizza. Chicken parm wedge is a favorite. If you’re trying to be healthy the chicken caesar salad has a nice light dressing. Just wish they were open Sundays, a wedge would go great with football!

Solid pizza right in the center of Yonkers. The Pizza Place is probably the best option for a quick lunch up here, but luckily it's worth looking forward to. Slices here are just well done NY-style pizza, and you'd do just fine getting a plain slice here. They also have specialty slices like chicken parm and chicken marsala which while gimmicky, are actually pretty good. Seeing as I've mostly cut pizza out of my diet (relatively), I also second their salads--especially those with grilled chicken. This is the same good quality chicken they use on their pizzas and they don't skimp on it in the salads. This place isn't a big deal really but it is a good pizzeria which has other good food as well. Fact is that isn't nearly as common as it used to be.

The Pizza is the really thin brick style pizza, if that's your preference. 2.75 a slice or 3.75 for a specialty slice. Good, but not impressed.
