I've been a customer for 5 years and have been happy with their services. This time they had someone at the counter that obviously had an attitude. Terrible customer service. I had submitted my photos online a few days back and selected the option to self-crop the photos. After I was satisfied with the results, I went to the store to pick up the pictures. The pictures were not cropped according to my specifications. The faces in the photos were cut off and the woman at the counter insisted that I had selected them that way? There was no offer to rectify the solution. I guess they can afford to lose customers.

I've been taking my photos here for about 12 years. By far the best customer service and quality around and reasonably priced. If I order an 8X10, lots of times I get a second one for free just because he decided to crop it differently or make one a little lighter. You are listened to and the job is done as requested. You can't ask for much more than that.
