Timely pick up at the airport. Clean and safe buses. Courteous drivers. Tony is the best driver. Tony has a great attitude, he is very helpful to the passengers, he is very friendly. I park there every week. Terry is always there to greet me on Monday mornings, which is much appreciated.

The buses come frequently and the drivers are friendly. I have never had an issue getting to the airport on time or getting back to my car on the return trip.

The employees are attentive, service is quick and the shuttle to the airport only takes minutes. When returning from your trip call the number on your ticket once you have your baggage and they have a shuttle waiting to take you back to your car. If you valet the your car they have it ready and waiting for you on your return. I park there every time I travel!

Have used this location for many years - originally when it was AviStar. As 'The Parking Spot', the company has streamlined things and upgraded the facility. It's convenient and cost effective. Don't forget to look for extra coupons/deals - if you have an AAA membership.

I have used this location multiple times within the past few months (the first half of 2015). Despite the timing of my flight, a representative is always available, and someone was there to immediately do the intake on my vehicle. With an online reservation made in advance, there was very little paperwork and the process was streamlined. I utilized the valet parking service, and upon my arrival home, I was able to get a shuttle bus very quickly and with explicit directions where to wait. My car was ready and waiting for me, even with a chilled bottle of water. I would highly recommend this business / location, and will be using it again.
