After 4 years, leaving as the service is getting worse by the day. Ever since the TSA requiring a shuttle leave every 15 minutes, it seems their target market is TSA employees who have no choice and not a paying customer. The gate attendants are rude and don't know the basics. For the 3 weeks in a row I couldn't use my spot club card to pay so didn't get the points and had to request missing points. Charged me extra and can't get a manager to call back to get a refund. Drivers don't follow the 15-minute rule for shuttle to EWR..... Going over to Park Plus at the same price and it will be quicker to the terminal.

Speedy service. Dropped off right by our car.

After parking here for 20 years making a change.
There is no help with your bag.
They only leave the area every 20 minutes.
They are slow when called for pick up.
Spoke with management said to go elsewhere so I am.

Use it about 6 times a year. Never had a problem. well run. shuttles are on schedule. reservations recommended as they do sell out

Convenient and very affordable. Wait time was a little long, but at such a great value, I won't complain. I would definitely recommend.
