If you're looking for quality dental care, this is the place. I had four implants and Dr. Miller was amazing! No pain at all. I can finally chew.

3 stars- Two encounters at The Miller Center so far, so 3 stars is the average.
1st visit was for a cleaning/exam. Gail is an excellent hygienist! She answered all questions and explained the procedures and my treatment plan very well. Also met Dr. Miller, who is very nice. Sharon, person at the registration desk, was also very helpful. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about payment options.
My second visit to the Miller Center was a horrible experience. 2nd visit was for the whitening treatment. The person that did the whitening was bi-polar; I wont say who it is to save face. She said hello and the next thing was "we tried to call you earlier. You don't pick up the phone?" I was appalled. There is a reason I scheduled the appointment for a certain time bc I had work. For the record, I was 10 minutes early to my appointment time. Someone from the office did call me an hour before my appointment time and left a message, but I did not have a chance to listen to the message since I was busy at work and rushing from work to make sure I was on time for my appointment... I told her I was at work and she just rolled her eyes. She then started smearing something on my lips, but didn't tell me what it was beforehand. In case you signed up for the whitening treatment, I guess it was lip balm to protect you from the UV light. She didn't explain things well, and after she put the mouth guard in my mouth, she started asking me questions. How did you expect me to respond to you clearly with something in my mouth?!?! You could've handed me a piece of paper and pen, instead of acting annoyed that I wasn't speaking clearly. The person was then nice again and telling me about her Halloween plans and her traditions with her family. I could only nod my head and say "uh huh" as I couldn't move my mouth. She then proceeded to hand me the remote to the tv and say watch anything you'd like, but then the Zoom device was blocking the entire tv view. I was there to get a whitening treatment and not watch tv, so that wasn't problematic. After the treatment, I did not receive any post whitening treatment care. My second experience was not great. Not sure if that person was having an awful day, but it felt unprofessional. If there is a third visit, I hope it is nothing like this one.

Dr. Miller is a dentist who truly cares about his patients and their needs.

My wife and I went to Dr. Miller's about a year ago. We didn't see Dr. Miller. The dentist we did see told my wife that she had a cavities and scheduled to have one filled. He also told me that I had six cavities.
They told my wife that she had insurance, but then we received a full cost bill. The billing department told my wife not too worry that they would straighten it out. I decided to wait to make sure our insurance would indeed be accepted. Flash forward to about a month ago and I finally make it back to a dentist. I go in thinking "geez am I going to have to have some work done." Instead the dentist told me my teeth were in really good shape. No cavities at all.
I now suspect that the dentist at Dr. Miller's office was lying to me. To make matters worse, though the billing department tells us not to worry we don't owe anything, we keep receiving a bill from Dr. Miller. They tell us not too worry, yet the letters threaten us if we don't pay. I can't get Dr. Miller to respond, although is names on the business.
In my opinion, these people are con men. They are to be avoided. I feel that Dr. Miller takes no pride in his name and condones this type of scamming.
Do yourself a favor and see another dentist.
