Although Dr. Zauber was quite cordial during my visit, he failed to inform me that the bloodwork I was having done, to determine whether I have a hereditary disposition to a blood disease which my mother had, was going to cost me a small fortune. When I called the office to ask why I hadn't been informed of the cost, since all of my bloodwork was usually sent to LabCorp, who takes my insurance, I was told that a mistake had been made and that I should ignore the bill. I tried ignoring the bill but have been pursued by the Saint Barnabas billing department to pay or else. As of this date, I have received no assistance from Dr. Zauber's office.
