Loved the swimming pool and the view while swimming. Breakfast is a bit pricey but very diverse. Elevators could use a face-lift though.

Wow, what a let down. This hotel is really going downhill and fast. The rooms are dirty, like stains on the carpet and clumps of dust/dirt in the AC vents kind of dirty. The pool was milky white, you couldn't see the bottom in the 6' end, and it was clear that the staff invites their friends to come use the pool for free. I would never stay here again. This is a hotel in decline. Avoid this place. Oh, and there's a constant state of construction in the WTC area, if you have a room facing west you will be up at 6am with the sounds of construction.

A beautiful hotel, right next to the memorial in downtown NYC! We just spent a night there and where impressed about the hotel. The bedroom has a good size and is very clean, modern and spacious! Bathrooms are bright and clean with a spa shower!
Great place to be, easy to get there!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Millenium hotel. The view of the One World building from our room was spectacular. We had easy access to the subway a few feet from the hotel entrance. Staying in this location made our trip even better -- far enough away from the Times Square crowd to enjoy the stillness of the financial district at night. All members of the staff we encountered were very attentive. This may become our go-to hotel in NYC!

We spent the weekend at the Millennium Hilton. The room was very clean and we well supplied (minibar + free coffee thee). Contrary to what many reviewers write, there is complementary wifi available in the rooms. The front of the hotel provides a nice view of tje 9/11 museum and memorial as well as the World Trade Center.
Only small point we had was that housekeeping wanted to clean our room at 10:00 AM on a Saturday. We did not have the do not disturb sign up yet, so this woke us up.
