Great location, near a lot of awesome restaurants! Rooms were delightfully decorated and very clean. As were the bathrooms. Front desk check-in was a little cold, but all other staff were warm and welcoming. There's a lot of great seating space for meetings and waiting, as well as an attached Starbucks. Overall a great experience, and I would happily stay here again!

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and courteous. The rooms are quite comfortable, even for the relatively small footprint. The wifi services leave a lot to be desired so far as speed and conectivity go in relation to the price charged per day. Other than that, the overall stay was enjoyable and even included daily evening gatherings for Elite members such as whiskey tastings, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to all staying in the area looking for comfort and affordability.

Very nice hotel with super cool jazzy decorations.the theme really works. A few things added up to take away one star... No fee Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable in room.I understand why the luxury hotels have kept their fees but with on demand movies as expensive as 20$ it would be nice for a little Wi-Fi. No coffee seems like a deal made with starbucks do you have to go too then in the morning.not that I don't like starbucks but the ease of coffee in the room was missed.No frills in the non suite accommodations and the view was nothing special either.Location was super convenient and staff was very nice.

it was not possible to sleep without ear plugs. single glazed windows meant that traffic noise kept you awake even on the 6th floor. walls didn't provide any sound proofing at all. constantly listening to noises from the corridor and toilets flushing. cherry on the top was when a pipe broke (old installation? ) and there was no hot water in the entire hotel to take a shower. internet in lobby free (only web port 80) but in the rooms they charge. they also charge 3$/bag if you wish to leave your bags in the hotel for a few minutes after checkout. location is convenient and price ok but overall the hotel is not somewhere I would choose to stay again.

Dec 26-29 2015. My aloe vera went missing after a trip to macy's. They charged us 900usd, and later accepted it was a mistake. There is no microwave or refrigerator. I personally would not recommend it...please there are better places...
