Hotel Q New York

It was horrible customer service .the guy who does grave yard shift was very rude and he act like as if he giving us room for free . Zero customer service .

Okay I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was cheap and not as good as I expected. I also spent my night with several ants. I found one the first time and then 2 more the next. They even changed the sheets and there was still ants crawling on the pillows/bed. Also there no food stores close by. You have to walk at-least 5 long blocks to get anything. There's hardly any bank. The Place is sort of isolated so bring a metro-card.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Desk personnel was exceptional with tourism suggestions and customer service. Would highly recommend AND would stay again. Bed and pillows were super comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Parking, breakfast, clean rooms. I had a good time. Thank you. I'll suggest you.

So far, so good... Front desk was friendly and helpful. They let me check in early for $40 (@ 10am, verses waiting till 3pm). The rooms are cozy and clean. Free wifi, breakfast and parking...
