My wife and I had been to a few attorneys who would just not only take her case but would barely even talk to us. We found Gerry and he made us feel right at home and comfortable from the first visit. He explained how the whole process would work if he decided to take our case. In a few days he told us he would take her case and we were sent a package of very informative information that I found very useful.
We were updated along every step of the process. Whenever I would call Gerry, either he or Frances would know exactly who I was (which I found amazing in itself) but they also had the answer without having to “look it up and get back to me”.
After he won her case, he asked if we be in a quick video to give our feelings on how his service was. I have never done anything like that before but I was so impressed with Gerry and Frances that I felt it was only right, it was the least I could do to say thanks.
I would recommend Gerry in a heartbeat and if I ever need services like his again, his is the only number I would call.
