The machines work fine. The issue is the staff. When I requested the bathroom key from the woman working the front she directed me to "the man in charge" aka crazy hobo looking employee. This man was extremely rude and said GO READ THE SIGN! Referring to an old barely legible out of order sign on the bathroom door. It became very clear that the bathroom worked just fine and this power trip employee got off from playing god of the toilet. Overall a negative experience. With all the options in Brooklyn I will be taking my business somewhere else!
