Good service. $0.90/lb. However they add a few pounds to the weight of your clothes. I measured 16.4 lbs but they charged me for 20 lbs. I called and their minimum is 15 lbs. They also told me it was $0.85/lb on the phone but they charged me $0.90/lb. Just be aware they will pad the bill. I wish they were up front about their costs instead of being sneaky about it.

Always super clean.The workers are always helpful and friendly.The pick up and delivery service is always on time.

This place gave my 32 pounds of nice clothing BED BUGS, then told me that it was MY problem! When i demanded a refund i was told to review the policy they had that does not cover refunds and was HUNG UP ON! I will have to file a civil suit because i go to work and have nice prada jeans and versace shirts and now its RUINED! Learned my lesson!
