Gale is the prefect lawyer for landlord and tenant issues. I have used other lawyers from the past and she is the most responsive and diligence attorney. She does not over charge like other lawyers out there and I would most definitely recommend her to all my clients and friends.

Gale has been extremely helpful in resolving our problems. She knows a lot about landlord tenant law and helps you understand what your options are. Her website has free articles about the law thar are a great resource.

I had hired Gale last December 2015 when faced with troubling tenant who refused to move out of my apartment. She walked me through the process of evicting a tenant; step- by-step and what I needed to do. From filing for an eviction notice to court hearing to finally calling the Marshal for gaining legal possession of my apartment, Gale was very efficient and available for me when I needed her. My tenant finally moved out, leaving us with devastating damages to the apartment over $ 30,000 in estimate. Again, Gale gave us most helpful legal advice. It was very helpful.

Working with Gale Joyce has been a great experience. Gale has taken care of 2 different cases for me. Being a landlord of a 9 family (rent stabilized) building is not easy, the law is rarely in your favor. Gale works diligently on cases, both have been successful and profitable. Never did I imagine getting reimbursed from unpaid rent, get resolved that FAST and EASY. Strongly suggest hiring Gale Joyce for any law related real estate issues, I certainly will! "SHE GETS THE JOB DONE!!"
