Please with my engagement ring however now after only 2 months I am seeing impressions in the main diamond. Called and I will be going back in to change it. The prices are good enough, thought it would have been cheaper since it's a "Factory ".... some staff forget what they say (Lie) and I didnt appreciate that too much however over all a good 1 on 1 experience, they give you alot of attention.

I'D LIKE TO JUST BE ABLE TO SAY "SORRY" TOO FOR SCREWING UP BUT THAT'S NOT THE REAL WORLD!!! THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES NOR DO THEY CARE ABOUT OTHER'S PROPERTY!!!! DO NOT GO THRU WHAT I JUST DID!!! IT WAS HORRIBLE AND A REAL SHAME AT CHRISTMAS TIME TO BE THIS UPSET!!!! DB'S!!!!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST! IF MY ORIGINAL JEWERL WAS STILL IN BUSINESS I CERTAINLY WOULD HAVE GONE THERE HOWEVER I DID NOT THINK REPLACING A DIAMOND WAS GOING TO CREATE SUCH DRAMA!!!!!
TOMORROW MORNING I'M GOING TO SEE A REAL EXPERT IN HOPES OF FIXING IT!!! TRUST ME…..A PISSED OFF WIFE MAKES FOR A DIFFICULT LIFE!!!! SLOPPY UGLY WORK…AND I PAID FOR IT!!!!! THEIR LISTENING SKILLS STINK TOO!!!!

This place was awesome ! We selected a set she loved and bought a diamond that my girl bragged to her girlfriends about made me look like the pimp that I am ! Got a great deal on the diamond and the sales lady informed me I am able to upgrade at 80% of the price I paid for it for a larger diamond in the future. Great selection and great prices ! I definitely will be shopping here in the future !
