The Home Depot

If I could have put less than 1 star I would. What an abortion of a store and the management is the problem. I went to the store for a single bolt, the whole bolt display area was a disaster and everything was out of place. I waited 20 minutes for a manager to show him the mess and he said they need to organize it a little, he couldn’t find anything. This is months of people not doing their jobs, not a day or two. This store needs a complete employee overhaul, get rid of the lot and start anew. This is not the first time I had the misfortune of going to this store and each time it’s been horrible. This is the most poorly run stores I have ever shopped at. Understaffed, poorly trained, and mostly uninterested staff. Managers are equally unhelpful. I cannot imagine why Home Depot allows this to continue.

Absolutely awful customer service. I went there to order doors and their contractor never showed or called to cancel. After a month of calling and trying to arrange an appointment for the measurement still nothing. Every time I call they are too busy to talk to me and state they will call back and they do not. The staff at Home Depot was not at all helpful, and didn't in anyway try to intervene on my behalf.
That being said, I will be spending the $3000 I budgeted on doors at Lowe's rather than Home Depot.

This location is by far the best HD in lower Westchester area (they know this and they are proud of this). Staff ia knowledgeable and courteous, always willing to help. Keep it up!

Convenient location. I feel that the staff is not always too helpful. A lot of times they don't know where things are. Occasionally you get good ones but typically not. More knowledgeable staff that know the products and where the products are would be welcome.
