Don't give friends/family gift cards from Home Depot. Once you use the gift card, you will not be able to return anything (even if you still have the receipt). I had bought some items and when I went to return the extras, the returns cashier told me that my return was denied by TRE (The Retail Equation). Except for purchases made with cash/credit card, I was BANNED from making any returns for the next 90 days!! I was so shocked and offended that I won't purchased anything at Home Depot if I can help it. As I manage a number of multifamily houses for friends, relatives, and myself, I calculated that I spent $2,000-3,000/year over the past 10 years. Good bye Home Depot, hello Lowes! Lowes is also a mile closer to my house, so why go the greater distance and get bad service?

Worst customer service in the area. I have been a long time customer of Home Depot. But this experience has made me shift towards shopping at lowes.

Well, that was an excellent Saturday! Everybody we interacted with was just super friendly, and one guy even went out of his way to find a product for us after we have left the store already content. We happened to go back to the store to buy something we had forgotten, and they remembered us and showed us the product that we hadn't been able to find the first time around. I'm just super impressed with their customer service skills and highly recommend this location.
