This Home Depot is the nicest one i've been to in the area. The people weren't particularly very helpful, but they're better than any other Home Depot i've been to.

I go to Home Depot fairly often and have always found the staff helpful and polite . I usually go for small items in electrical or plumbing and someone always help me. Sometimes I may have to wait as they generally only serve one customer at a time, which is fine. So when it is my turn I get undivided attention as well. On ocassion I need to look for somebody but they are always helpful.

If I could give no stars I would... I sent my wife over to pick up a door that I ordered... I put the order in at 12 I sent her at 130. Everyone and I mean everyone plus the mangers have no idea what they are doing. It took them over an hour to find out what she needed then 30 min to find what I ordered. The store manager was so rude to my wife even the workers said to her how rude she was... do not shop there it is a terrible mess of a store

Everything I ask the store to do for me, the do quickly. The pro desk are always available let to answer questions and pull orders for me, from the smallest request to large ones. That includes all employees at the pro desk as well as department associates.
