Not as busy as some other HDs around the city but with a full rage of products. Pro desk is helpful and treats contractors well

I wish I could give this Home Depot one star!!! The manager shoud be fired!!! Everytime I go to this store there are no cashiers . The line is down the aisle and workers are walking about. You have to start complaining and then they page for cashiers. I went to the paint department last week and the one gentleman behind the counter was on his cellphone. Three different customers attempted to ask a question. He didn't even look up to acknowledge them!!! Only after I commented how rude he was being did he disconnnect his phone call and started assisting customers. I will be writing a letter to corporate. The manager of this store is incompetent and should be fired!!!

I visited the Merrick Blvd site on Friday evening two weeks ago and the manager, a black female (braided hair) was very rude because we the customer were complaining about the lack is cashiers. She began to ignore us and give us an attitude. The lack of staffing especially cashiers is very poor and I promised to visit Lowes at Five Towns instead where the staff is very courteous. However , I had to visit Home Depot after the incident to return some goods and I decided not to communicate with that female manager who was working in the returns section at the time. She is very rude and will cause the store the loose valuable customers.

This is the worst Home Depot in the nation. The associates are sooooo rude, unprofessional and unknowlegible of the store and the products Home Depot have to offer. I will gladly spend my gas to go to Lowes and even pay more for the product. I am not going to pay you to be rude and have an attitude with me. If their were a star for negative, then I would rate them a -1,000,000,000,000 for my negative experiences.

Thank God for Lowes and Amazon.

After having a bad experience at this store location I wasn't thinking about coming back. I was on my way to lowes which is further away from my house. As I pass this location I decide to turn around and see if they improve on assistant customers. I went get a few ply wood cut. Employees name Ramon assist me. He cut the ply wood the way I like with no errors he suggested a few things out of his department and he was well respectful and professional when I tested him and byI changing my mind a few times to cut the ply wood after he Measure it. He was very fast of doing his job. I will share this experience with other people. Thank you Ramon
