Wow, bad customer service and needs more man power and needs to train employees how to use measuring tape to cut the 2x4..mine came out 1/4" short..terrible management this place..

Lots of shoppers, not a lot of cashiers. I've never seen more than 2 cashiers at this place. The self checkout isles are always full. At least the department specialists are good, which is really why I gave this place 4 stars. Maybe if they raised the minimum wage of cashies they'd be able to handle more traffic.

I prefer this location because I don't have to drive thru downtown flushing. It seems to have most everything I need.

Do yourself a favor and go to another Home Depot, this place is a mess, also all 5 of the tubs I wanted were cracked, i doubt that happened the week I went, probably sitting like that on the floor for weeks or even months. Whole place is disorganized.

College point store.
Horrible customers service. I checked on line for the stock availability before went there, but nothing was there!
When I asked to Home Depot helper, he said never saw such an item before when I checked and showed him 53 stocks still showing in their website store system from my app!!! Not only that they also very rude and doesn't seems to care about the customers at all. Very unpleasant experience... Their management should give proper training to the workers on how treat their customers before lose all of their customers!
