Good merchandise and good selection. But terrible atitute and poor service at the Phamracy Counter in the back. People who working at the Phamacy Counter are rude, all of them should replace with people who has good manner and friendly toward to cunstomer.

When I tried to pay for the vitamin at the Phamarcy Counter, a female at the counter said, "You can not pay here!" When I brought the vitamin I wanted to puchase to the Casher and asked a casher "Since when did you change the policy that customer can't not pay for the madison at the Phamarcy Counter?" A casher said, "That is not true". I requested for the store manager, he brount me to the Phamarcy Counter and manager asked female worker why did she said I can not pay for it at the Phamarcy Counter. She answered she wes busy doing some thing. First of all she was not telling the true and does't know her responsibly and mistreated the customer.

I recomend store management to train the employees, how to help customers to make the shopping at the Raindew present experience for the customers. Thank you.

Although you can find lots of interesting items and toiletries there, watch out for Rose, one of the managers. She is delusional and terribly rude. She says she is the owner -- she is not!! Horrible person; certainly not a human being. Returns are a nightmare if she is around! Other times, return policy keeps changing. Most of the other workers are OK and sometimes even helpful.

Watch out for the "bootleg" merchandise, like toothpaste and soaps from other countries. Check out the labeling when you shop.
