Horrible service ! Associates or whoever they are, I was trying to ask for help they told me to wait a minute and instead started to joke around with one another and forgot about me. Other customers had the same issue!

Huge and have everything you need. Helpful staff, just hard to find them. :)

I like to shop this place, almost all of workers are really friendly. However, last night had the worst experience ever. I went to copy a key. The sign says open, but no one was there. So i asked other workers where is this key cutter guy. She went to announce and asked him to come. I literally waited for almost like 15 minutes, and then she went to ask him in person to have him come... and then this black guy just slowing strolling by... for that moment, i knew he doesn't like that job or hates it so much.. or just being lazy or slacking off... and then i said i wanted 2 copies. one copy took literally like 10 minutes.. I mean You don't really need the skills,, and press the machine to do it.. after he was done.. i just wanna reminded him that i need another one.. and then he just gave me this altitude.. saying what didn't you say so.. i was like.. i did.. When he tried to grab another key.. and ssaying ran out.. how heck u can ran out the key.. at least you can be nice.. saying oh.. saying.. sorry.. we are running out of stock or check stock seee if there is any... HOME Depot, u need to train workers how to respect customers!

Went at 8pm on a Saturday. The store was still pretty busy. Asked the employee on the floor where I could find locks, as I was still asking him the question he passes me and as he is walking away proceeds to tell me what isle I can find it. It was helpful but rude. Bathrooms are cleaner than expected for a busy store. Still believe home depot is overpriced for their products. They sell you the convenience.

I never set foot in this place and will never likely to do so!!! I made a website to store order and chose this store for pick up location. So they CHANGED one of the item on the order to a different but similar item bc they were out of stock. They did it without my consent!! Then GOOD LUCK trying to contact a manager to resolve the issue. I was put on hold 2x for 15min and went finally to voicemail. The third time a manager picked up, asked my name and the problem. I explained to him and he said to "hold on sec" and quickly transfered me back to customer service!!!!!!! What a mess! The customer service couldn't cancel the order but the store was able to switch my order with no problem (without my consent). Anyways, the national 800 took care of the problem. Very bad customer service and shady business practice. My sense from calling the store is the employees don't care and it begins with the management
