WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I HAVE TO ASK ANOTHER CUSTOMER FOR HELP CUZ OF THE LACK OF "WORKERS". WISH IT WAS A LOEWS INSTEAD!!!!

I made a very small purchase from this location, yet one of their team members Spencer went above and beyond as if I was their most valued customer. Excellent service, and I will definitely return to this location. Thanks, Spencer!

I had to wait on phone nearly 25 minutes. The associate says store very busy but service was great! TY Happy Holidays!

WORST OF THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN IN ANY HOME F. BRANCH.. U HAVE TO PAID FOR THE PARKIN...ONCE I LOST MY PARKING TICKET ( 3.00 ) , THEY CHARGE ME 15.00 UNFAIR AND MISERABLE SERVICE. .

This Bronx Exterior store has a wonderful in-house customer service. However, once you pay for your order and want to set up delivery, it’s a different story – your nightmare begins. Order placed on July 24th. I have waited over 9 days for my delivery of renovation materials for a kitchen and bathroom when I am literally about 15 minutes away (about 35 blocks away). I called Home Depot ‘headquarters’ just to be redirected back to the Exterior store. I have called the Exterior store no less than 25 times during this entire period to find myself on hold for hours over the length of time waiting with the same result - that someone will call me. Still waiting and it's August 3rd…
