I think that when people come to Home Depot, they are looking for 2 things: to buy something, but also to talk to someone and ask questions. And this is my problem with Home Depot: Some of the people who work in Home Depot (At least in the hardware department) are not professional enough and lack of knowledge which is essential for someone who work at home depot.
Sometime we need advice, sometime we need help. I am not talking about professional help on certain field, it is more like which tool do you recommend, or which paint company. Very basic.

Danny, one of the manager's at Home Depot Forest Avenue, is one of the nicest people around! He's not only knowledgeable, he is patient, kind and goes the distance to make sure customers are happy. Danny is a no nonsense person who knows his stuff.
Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service. I had to call one of the workers more than three times, and I even went up to the front area & ask one of the workers to make an announcement that I needed assistance in one of the aisles. Total wait: 1hr+
