Ace is closed, It has been a TRUE VALUE since July. Please support them as if I had never showed you that I too could have had a bad day. Ms Winters my sincere apology for imperfect customer service a "few years ago".

Bad experience with a really nasty youngish woman a few years ago. She told me she was the boss or owner. She may be, I don't know. Probably the daughter of the owner. However, she got real nasty with me when I questioned the price on something or challenged the price I was given on something. Seen her true colors. I never went back after that. Stick with Reimans on Victory or Doody. Reimans is better anyway. They also got real expensive with screening.. It's cheaper to call someone to your house to do it. Just not worth the aggravation.

As soon as I walked into North Shore Hardware I was greeted and offered help by a very friendly sales girls. I wanted to purchase a hand truck and she was able to show me where I could find them. Once she brought me to the selection of hand trucks, she was able to tell me about the different features, weight limits, etc on each different type. She allowed me to look at and test out the different types. I explained what I was going to use it for and she was able to tell me which one would best meet my needs. The price was comparable to hand trucks that I had searched online at bigger chain stores. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable which made my trip to the hardware store pleasant.
