I brought my RC car in because it wasn't running right. They told me it needed a tune up. A few days later the guy called and said it was running very well and told us to pick it up. I tried playing with it but it still wasn't running right and the engine kept shutting. I brought it to Jackson Hobby shop and the guy adjusted the needle 3 turns right in front of me and now it runs wonderfully. If you have any RC toy go to Jackson Hobby Shop.

Won't come back. Moved here from Fl a week ago. Guy at the counter seemed bothered he needed to step away from the computer. Asked about chargers so I can run my car. Was presented with a single battery charger. Asked about multi pack chargers... The reply was they are very expensive. Too bad I won't be running my XO-1or slash this week

This was after I asked about redcat bodies since we bought four to raffle off for charity and want an extra body to paint for display while we sell tickets. Was told I won't find them in retail stores... Too bad I bought them at my local shop in Tampa.

Oh well, I pay premiums to support my local businesses, I'll just be supporting some other shop.

Must say though, the shop is nice and has a large selection.

Got my R/C truck fixed and it works but the place was way over priced and charged me twice for batteries I didn't need. It was only a $6.98 over charge but c'mon!!!

$50 for labor!!
$25 for a tune up!!! WTF is a tune up? no one gave me a clear answer.
The New clutch should have been made of gold for what they charged me.
To top it off it took two weeks to get my truck back!! I know its the holidays but gimme a break.
