This store is not a corporate store and you cannot get help from Verizon customer service. They neglect to tell you this and they don't even have the correct customer service number to provide. They double charged me on Jan 28th. Its Feb 6th and still no credit. Now I either return the phone and tablet and start over paying this store restocking fees or I continue to be told the refund is being processed. This is cash from my checking account. Don't be fooled by the review of Muhammed as he works there and is the person who cannot help me. Do yourself a favor and govto a corporate store. They should be mandated to tell the consumer.
