The one in SoHo is by far the nicest vape shop *venue* in the entire city. They have both an indoor lounge area (with free kombucha and yerba mate self service bar) which is nicely decorated as well as a back outdoor patio area with graffiti murals all over the walls. Now the reason why it only got 3 stars (despite the fantastic setup) is because their juice selection leaves a lot to be desired, and their hardware selection is bottom of the barrel garbage...not sure what exactly happened there considering when they first opened, their juice & hardware was top notch -- it seems they lost the focus on such :-(

I am new to vaping and found the staff to be very helpful (at times) in explaining which devices and flavors would be right for me. However, not all staff is super helpful only a handful of people are. I noticed a few snobbish people, mainly females who were dressed in all black skirts and kept going in and out of the office area. Most likely they were management.
They have a large selection of vape fluids and devices and the place has a great hipster vibe/atmosphere. They also have a patio area, where you can hang out. It has a lot of colorful graffiti and art.
