I was there on a busy day, yet Jimmy still helped us kindly. I ended up not buying anything but he still treated us very nicely and even offered some samples. He actually made a sample which was not ready to be given. Jimmy is the nicest person I met in NY he changed the whole NY experience. Huge thanks to Jimmy.

I have received the best customer service at this location. The folks working here are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I was working with Tara when I walked in during the holiday purchasing craze and found her totally calm and wonderful to work with. She was able to not only help me buy the products I needed, but offered to charge my card a few days later so that I could benefit from their "stamp" promo. Beyond that, she was able to ship out my products directly to me so that when I returned from my trip abroad, I had a lovely package from Fresh waiting for me. This place rocks!!!
