I was renting an apartment from "The Heights Real Estate Company" and it was a great pleasure to deal with them. Due to family circumstances I had to leave states immediately after receiving bad news from home and I could not send the check for the rent on time. Tony completely understood the situation and allowed me to pay upon my return. Also, due to the same family circumstances I had to terminate my lease prematurely and the management really tried to help to find tenants, so I would get back my deposit. Thanks for everything!

Have been working with this landlord for a while now. They are always professional, communicative, and timely with their response. It has been a pleasure to do business with them. I highly recommend them.

Tony, Chris & Team are a true pleasure working with. They possess a professional demeanor at all times. They are highly organized and on point. They handle each building with attention and detail. Overall, I am highly pleased with their work ethic and professionalism.
