The apartment we absolutely horrendous! We were assured beforehand that the apartment was regularly screened for pests. However, we received numerous bedbugs bites. DO NOT RENT FROM STAY SMART NYC!!! We were never offered other accommodations and the owner, Damon, was absolutely unfriendly. He proceeded to berate me over the phone and said, "Good luck at a hotel"
