The Grotto Spa

WOW! What a truly great spa. The staff is super attentive and professional. My facial with Galina was magnificent. I already made myself another appointment. I recommend this spa for others, can't wait to tell all my friends.

Staff lied about prices. Charged me more after they finished services. Even thou prices were already high. Manicure and facial were done terribly.

My girlfriend and I went to this place to this place for the first time to get our medi/pedi. To our surprise, it is a very tiny place with only two seats for medi and 2 seats for pedi. We were on time for our appt, and this place was empty. We figured that we would be in sync getting our nails done and leave. But, my girlfriend waited a few minutes for her technician, while my technician started working on my pedicure. When my girlfriend was done with her pedicure, her technician clocked out. The manager of this place told her to sit at the pedi chair "for a few minutes" before getting her manicure, while the manager sat 2 other customers (one after the other) for manicure. When my technician was done with my manicure, she then finished my girfriends manicure, while I waited, in total we were there for 2 1/2 hours! When I confronted the manager, about her poor customer service, I felt that got rude with me. Overall, we felt that we got poor and inconsiderate service, that we were put in an awkward situation and we left unhappy. Some "SPA" this is! We would certainly not be going back there again!
