YOU CAN BRING YOUR 5 GUYS UPSTAIRS. That right there wins this bar for me. While I sip my $15 gin cocktail I get to munch on a greasy burger. Amazing.

I feel like I mostly go to speakeasies for the decor, and this one held up. I love their chandeliers and the open skylight roof; I love the hourglass theme and the back seating area. The people watching out the window is amazing. Biggest con: THE MUSIC WAS TOO LOUD, even though the selection was awesomely eclectic. We couldn't talk at all unless we were yelling in each others ear. 3 person conversation was impossible.
Service: The bartenders were efficient, but not particularly friendly. However, it was easy enough to get up to the bar at 9pm on a Saturday to order, and after standing for about 15 minutes we snagged seats at the bar in the corner. People were definitely cramped in there, and I bet it gets crazy later at night... but it was actually a nice, fun vibe when we were there.
Drinks: I asked for "something with whisky that was a little sweet" ($12), my friend ordered off the menu ($14), and another friend got a beer ($9). I loved my drink, the drink off the menu was good, and beer is beer. This is exactly what to expect.

While the space itself is quite nice, it does get rather crowded pretty easily. It does however, boast something not many cocktail bars can: windows out on to the street which are perfect for people watching

Who doesn't want to go to a bar above a 5 guys?! They have a decent beer selection and it isn't usually over-crowded which is nice. Their bathroom is a doozie, especially if you've had too much to drink because the door is covered in identical door handles!

Nice atmosphere to get reasonable drinks.
Right upstairs of a 5 Guys, so you can pick up burger and bring it upstairs to munch on with your drinks.
Drinks:
- Black Alps - Very citrusy, and sweet. Pretty strong drink
- Beetles at Shea - A bit sour, and sweet
Good ice cubes
It can get pretty crowded. It was not bad at 5:30 pm on a Friday, but by 7 it was packed.
