The Fig Leaf team are pleasant and professional. although they seem to have some communications issues with their policy providers. We have an open claim and are awaiting written notification as to the determination of the matter. As we have been using the Fig Leaf agency for a number of years, this is the first claim we had to file and it has been ON OR ABOUT 3 MONTHS now and we are waiting on the FIG Leaf team to aid us on resolving this claim, as they are OUR Agent. I will have to update you on their results as my associate and I have aquired more than 4 or more policies with them. We would hope Ben and his team can and will push the Philadelphia Contributorship with whom we also have mutable policies with to provide us with a concrete response in writing. Regardless of if it is positive or negative so we can move forward.
I am not going to lock my rating in for FIG LEAF as yet because the Jury is still out for deliberation.
