Called for an appointment. Was told I couldn't get an appointment because there were none left, however I could walk in and wait. I don't seem to understand that if there are no appointments, then how can I wait if there are no times to wait for. Also, waiting 4-6 days for the results of an x-ray seems ridiculous so I inquired further and Dr. Tran got on the phone. Turns out the results were sitting there. Seems reception is just confused...

I actually go here for my regular Doctor, Dr. Tran. I have seen all 3 doctors when Doctor Tran is not there and they are all great. Smart, personable, knowledgable. There's a great pharmacy in the same plaza.
If you walk in you will wait a long time. Just like if you walk in to an emergency room. Call ahead if you can.

If you have all day to sit around and wait to be seen as a walk in , then it is great . Went as a walk in the other day and sat for over 2 hour and finally got up and left . Appointed people went right in . Next time i will call in advance for the same day . Live and learn
