Cool vibe, an UWS classic. Usually can grab a seat, but it can easily get crowded. The snack selection is solid and the music is excellent. Great place to spend time with friends.

Good neighborhood bar with a "divey" feel but super friendly bartenders and regulars. This is a Guinness bar but they have a few other beers on tap and also have a nice whiskey selection and a few potent cocktails. Only order the "dead poet" if you consider a long island ice tea to be light on alcohol. Drink enough Guinness and you can get your name on the wall. Free popcorn and decent bar food ordered from surrounding restaurants. Reasonable prices.

Staff very friendly and nice decor. Very wide selection of whiskeys (Irish of course!) and Irish beer that I cannot even get in England - Plus points for that! Food great too.
