Before I placed the order online, I called the store and spoke to a nice person who was helpful answering my questions. Item was shipped promptly and product was exactly as described. Happy with this purchase from this website/store.

Impeccable Customer Service. After searching far and wide at a few different department stores for a very specific Thanksgiving tablecloth, I was able to find it online at The Curtain Store. I purchased it through the store's website using the default shipping option, not overly optimistic that it would arrive on time. However, I received a call a few hours later from Louis stating that they rush delivered the package to my home (at no extra charge), figuring that I wanted it in time for Thanksgiving. The linens arrived the next day, and were the exact size and shade that I had wanted. Not only was the selection better than the major department stores, but the customer service at The Curtain Store made shopping there an absolute pleasure. I would not hesitate to shop there in the future or recommend them to my friends.
