Also known as the Beaver Building by some, 1 Wall Street Court was originally home to the New York Cocoa Exchange and consequently warranted its current name. The triangular-shaped Cocoa Exchange is highly reminiscent of the iconic Flatiron Building and every bit as nostalgic as well.
