The Cheesecake Factory

The staff are pleasant but it seems that cheese cake factory seems to be having a problem at all of there location's. They are opening more location but the quality of the taste of the food is seems to be taking a hit.

Awful, friday, February 12 2016, while sitting at the bar, the bartender took our appetizer without asking if we were finished. Second my order was for chicken which I originally asked them to burn it. Thought they took it to re- cook. It came back the same way 3x, then they tried to charge us for it.

Have been to this location multiple times. Fortunately I have never had to wait to be seated, but that is probably due to the fact that I've never been here with a party bigger than 2. I have had quite a few bad experiences here but I guess I continue to come back because this is the only Cheesecake Factory near me. One time when I went here there was no electricity in any of the bathrooms (I checked the men's as well) so I had to use my cellphone flashlight, there was also no toilet paper in any of the stalls and the bathroom itself is ALWAYS filthy and out of toilet paper. I told the manager about all of this and he brushed it off. He said "someone's on the roof now trying to fix the electrical issue." No apology or anything. The most recent time I was here at this location which was last month, my boyfriend and I were sitting in a small booth closest to the kitchen and a huge fight broke out between a whole bunch of waiters/waitresses and the manager was standing there yelling. We couldn't believe it. Always long waits for food, waiters/waitresses don't ask you if you want drink refills. I usually ask for refills of the bread baskets because I am obviously hungry and waiting so long for my food to arrive, they act annoyed whenever I ask for more bread. The list is endless.

I have no complaints around the menu selections or food, but the service definitely needs improvement. If you go during a popular time, get ready to wait forever for a table. The restaurant will be packed and service will be poor because the waiters and runners will be swamped.

I had dinner at this location with my Sister and 2 friends this evening. I walked in with a great attitude and walked out very disillusioned of this restaurant. First, there we had to wait 5 mins for a waiter to approach us. Then, we received our drinks. Once we placed our order for an app, it took 20 mins to receive it. my friend asked for a refill on her water, and he returned with warm water from the tap, with no ice. We waited an additional 30 mins and still no entree. I'm assuming the gentleman that approached us was a manager, and told apologized for the wait that the food should be out shortly. The waiter didn't even have the courtesy to advise us himself. I told the manager that we should get a free cheesecake out of it. He said 'Sure'. Not evening volunteering it himself when we have been waiting already 45 mins at this point for food. No Discounts, comps, nothing. We suggested it. I have no problems with the Manager, as he atleast came and told us about our food. 15 mins later, our food came, and the server didn't even apologize about the wait. He left and returned 15 mins later asking how the food was. Not asking if we needed anything or refills. It was at that point that I have had to yell for him 3 times to get his attention for a refill. At that point, we ate our food and I asked for the Check. Then it took 15 mins to RECEIVE THE CHECK! I advise the waiter, when I requested the Check that the manager said we could have a free cheesecake. He looked at me unbelievingly. I'm sure he went to check with the manager, but he returned to the table across from us, with their drinks and food. Then he tended the table behind us with their questions. STILL not receiving the check. Once we received it, I had turned on my timer on my phone. Once he saw I turned on my timer, He brought the check with the cheesecake and for the FIRST time, apologized for the delay..... WORST experience at a restaurant in my LIFE.
