The Center NYC Chiropractor

I helped a friend lay down 1200 square feet of flooring this past weekend. Total over 22 hours of work just the two of us. I have not been in the gym in years, I did not stretch and the movements were 100% foreign to my everyday body movements.

As expected I was in pain. My hamstrings, glutes, back, and body were extremely stiff and sore. The next day I came to see Dr. Lauren Fries for an adjustment and to try to remedy what was inevitable to occur thereafter, and as I expected she confirmed that I was not aligned. After my appointment not only did I feel brand new and less achy but the soreness and stiffness subsides within in one day where as in the past would have been almost an entire week.

I have been seeing Dr. Fries for years and feel embarrassed that this is my first review, this should have been done years ago.

Dr. Fries is an amazing Chiropractor, and knows where things are bothering me before I do. For those that are new to seeing a chiropractor, Dr. Fries will give you adjustments at your own pace, and move forward with what you are comfortable with. I always feel so much better and like a new person after I am done with my appointment. This is a doctor that really cares about her patients.

I have been coming to see Noam Sadovnik and Phil Gomez every week for almost 2 months at this point. I initially came because I had several back pains and a bad posture. Today I can say that I feel major improvements. Most of my back pains are gone and my posture has drastically changed. Thank you ! The service is great, the center is very confortable, the location is easy access. I highly recommend it!
