TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a reservation with the company and they never called me back, i called them four days in a row and when i couldn't get a hold of the representative who had made my reservation, I spoke to another representative. The new representative not only disagreed to honor the previous price I was given, but rather raised it at least $5 per person. When I said I definitely couldn't afford it he wouldn't compromise with me at all, leaving me to have to find a new bus company a few days prior to the event. I would not suggest using them as reliable transportation.
