A space that was once a classic Polish restaurant that catered to all East Village denizens has now (with few changes), become a late night home for performance and congregational meet up for long time East Village revelers. Well, at least on the night I was there. Look for Mother/Jackie 60 events if you want to rub shoulders with our NYC taste makers and originators from the old school of downtown nightlife.

Always has great music, the disco ball is awesome and the drinks will get you feeling good. The outside portion in the back is the perfect size for small parties and relaxing away from the bumpin madness inside the bar. Great vibes

Amazing bartender. Friendly staff. Drinks were great. Food was good. Would have gotten a 5 if the DJ actually played classic rock (as advertised) instead of disco.
