The Birch Wathen Lenox School

We can’t thank The Birch Wathen Lenox School enough for the outstanding education the teachers provided our son who currently attends an Ivy League school in a pre-med program, straight A’s and a 4.0 GPA. Our son attended BWL from Kindergarten through High School so we got to know the teachers and administrators in all three divisions. What was particularly noteworthy was the close relationships our son developed with his teachers who made him feel everything he had to say or write about was important. Critisism was always constructive and made him want to work harder. He had the chance to take many AP classes and he was prepared so well that he obtained some of the highest scores. Our son could have gone to any private school for High School, but he chose to stay at BWL because he knew that if he left, he would not have gotten the same kind of individualized attention and support from his teachers. If you’re on the fence about whether or not to send your child to BWL’s Upper School, keep in mind that our son is about to enter his senior year of college and for three straight years, he has maintained straight A’s! We highly recommend BWL! For 13 years, it was his home away from home in every regard!!
