The Baby's Den

These guys are brilliant! Bought my black Baby Jogger Versa here at a great price a little over a year ago. Having a small issue with the stroller now and they are helping me sort it out with Baby Jogger, even though it is completely not their responsibility. This store goes way above and beyond with their customer service and are so helpful.

GREAT customer service!! Silvia was super nice and helpful. She made me feel like we actually know each other! Haha She has such a great attitude! I'm in California and ordered the Donna stroller and had a few requests and she made it happen for me. My husband and I will be ordering in the future with baby's den, that's for sure! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP SILVIA!!!!

Loved loved loved the service we received at this store! We came in with a list of criteria we needed in a stroller and were helped by a team of STROLLER PROFESSIONALS who gave us the rundown of each stroller with all the pros and cons. We ended up choosing the Nuna Tavo in Rose Gold color! We also got the safest car seat on the market and are so excited for our baby to be well protected while we drive. A special shout out to Sylvia and Yisroel for all your patience (and the free Elmo that made my four year old's day!!)

Update... Our order had to be canceled, customer service was very accommodating and did keep in touch with us thru out the process and did issue a refund via PayPal as well as provided a $50 store credit bc of miscommunication between us and them . Currently waiting on PayPal to clear the refund, once refund is cleared and back into my account I will update my review. Customer service was apologetic and polite, both of which were appreciated. Another update... Customer service did stay in touch with my wife thru out the refund process and was quick in refunding my funds back to PayPal. Their effort in refunding the funds was much appreciated as was their customer service in ensuring we received our refund.

I am very happy with the Baby's Den service. We ordered a stroller late in the evening from the website and then had further questions. We called immediately the following morning with our questions. Jay answered the call at Baby's Den and was quick to answer questions and give us the satisfaction we were looking for. We look forward to using our new 2015 Baby Jogger City Mini GT this spring with our grandchildren! Thanks, Jay!
