The Appliance Doctor

Doctor Ron responded to my call on a Sunday and quickly ascertained my refrigerator light issue. After explaining the steps i took to resolve the issue he stated his usual repair visit cost. He then stated that I might try one more thing before he schedules an appointment. Ron gave explicit and direct instructions to resolve the issue and it WORKED. I saved a service call and Dr Ron lost a sale. He was happy to help even though he lost a service call. Nice Guy, I whole heartily recommend his services.

I wanted to share my experience about the Appliance Doctor when it came to repairing my appliance. They were very reasonable, reliable and honest, also gave same day service. There secretary was very accommodating. I was very satisfied with the over all service. I would highly recommend the Appliance Doctor. Thank you

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a repair company. After the men looked at my Frigidaire oven they said they would get back to me about repair price. Within 10 minutes after they left they called me and said no part was available to fix the oven. I told them I would check with another repair company. The other repair company repaired my oven and charged me 1/3 of the cost that Ron said he was going to charge me if he could get the part.Ronny and his secretary harassed me for over a week in order to get their service monies even though they did not service my oven. They were rude to a senior and I do not recommend this company.

ON SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 29,2012....my wife and i went tnto our 2year old kitchenaid refridge.....to get some cold milk...well it wasnt cold...what do we do now....we unplugged it and let it defrost and hoped it will work...well it did not...i called ron...ron has fixed several of my appliances over the past 20years...i called monday morning and spoke to him..i told him my kitchenaid refridge.wasnt working.. ...HE came over within 30 minutes and fixed it...this man is amazing and very reasonable...he explained to me what he was doing...and found i had a bad fan...i want to thank him and give him and appliance doctor FIVE STARS...THANKS AGAIN FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...RON I THANK YOU AGAIN....VINNY PS MY WIFE SAID THANKS YOU TOOOOO.....

I called Appliance Doctor to fix the freezer portion of a less-than-five-year-old refrigerator for my tenant which was cooling but no longer freezing during the heat wave we experienced in July 2012. The freezer evidently had a broken fan motor which needed replacing; he had the replacement part in his van and fixed the freezer in no time. This service wasn't provided for nothing, but the freezer got fixed quickly and for that I am grateful. It certainly beat the alternative of replacing the whole refrigerator!
