I've been here three times now, and all my experiences have been good. The odd thing about this place is that it is not just Thai: the specials and random items on the menu have more of a French influence, like Steak au Poivre. I haven't tried any of those items or other items from the "grill" menu; I've stuck with the Thai.
Everything I've tried has been good, the service has been courteous, and it's BYOB. The location is also nice: Montclair is so difficult for parking, but this restaurant is just outside the really busy heavily loaded area, so you can usually find parking around the Whole Foods. The restaurant is also very large, and they usually only use one room on one side of the restaurant for all the seating and leave the other side completely empty.
They apparently also have an 'award-winning' chocolate soufflé that I haven't tried; they ask if you're interested while you're ordering your meal, as it takes a while to prepare.

Food: The food is pretty good. We ordered a couple of dishes and shared them family style. Just be careful, when you say medium spicy, it can be real spicey.
Ambiance: The ambiance needs a little work. Its definetly a place that I would go for an anniversary or anything but its decent enough to go there if you are with friends and are just looking for a good dinner spot.
Price: The price is a little on the high side. Between appetizers and the main course it came out to about $45/person.
Service: Of the two times we went there I'd say its 50/50. The once we were forgotten of and it took for anyone to come by to take order and the other time it was super quick.
Would I go back: Maybe.

Thai food is supposed to be spicy. ordered the "five star" received a stern warning of how hot it was.. andy capp's "hot fries" were spicier then what they served. portion size was small, left still hungry (I weigh under 200 lbs at 6'). Although flavorful its simply not worth the money, its not even worth the effort walking up to the door.

food is delicious. the mixture of thai and french is slightly unexpected. but the flavors compliment each other well. The restaurant is also nice.
