After what I thought to be a very receptive delivery order over the phone I was optomistic about finding a local Thai place that delivers. They said 30min I was excited for my food it was late i was tired.....
30min go by
45min I call. They say its on its way.
1hour I call again. They say 15 min
1:15 I call again. Its on the way they say. They say they will call the delivery guy to see where he is. I never get a call back.
1:30 min. I call "Oh its that you are to far I can send him now" they say.
Needless to say I get baited into coming to the restaurant, which I do only to aggravate myself even more because I then find out they have already charged my credit card and would not br able to credit me unless in cash.(okay withh this at this point)
Needless to say I went to erawan with my cash and had a nice meal but Thai 101 could and should go back to school for a lesson on customer service and hospitality.
Terrible experience overall.
