Last remaing real bar on Bell Boulevard . Everywhere else has turned into a club or a hipster joint.

Place has a kitchen and Wednesday/Thursday drink and Wing Specials.

Drinks are reasonably priced. Wings are very good but not the best you'll ever have

Im DA MAYOR AT DEMPS . SO ITS MY 2ND HOME . IM THERE SO MUCH I SHUD ACTUALLY B WORKING BUT ALL I DO IS DRINK HAA . I RECOMEND kansas city steak with mash potatoes. Blackend shrimp over ceasar salad with a side of flour totillas. Also recommend mac n cheese with blackend chicken. Chicken noddle soup is amazing .. burger are ok wings r ok.. dempsey is a great place to kick it with ur buds or alone. If U ORDER ANYTHING I JUST MENTION YOU WILL B LICKING UR FINGERS OR PLATE WITH ENJOYMENT PEZ OUT .

Unfortunately, I can't give this place less than one star. Abusive staff. Non-existent management. Sexist, racist, etc. I went to a couple of other places and asked around about BD before going there. People were emphatically against it, but I said that I'd find out on my own. The "people" were right. Everything about this place is wrong, unless you're part of some inner circle, in which case you can do anything you want, legal or not -- a policy exemplified by management. And I'm not just complaining in secrecy. I brought my concerns to the owner, Jose, and he was quite gentlemanly. He admitted he needed to be onsite more often. Still, I promised myself I would never step foot in this place again, but I went back to be professional and meet with Jose. Within minutes, the creepiness of this place was all around and I couldn't wait to leave. I'm sure they don't need my business and there are plenty of other places for me, but I asked around to learn more and the truth is the truth -- this place is a shithole. Avoid at all costs. Even if someone says they'll cover your tab if you just go with them to BD, you should decline and preserve your integrity.
