TGI Fridays

I absolutely love this location! The food is always fresh and delicious. Ive been to plenty of other TGI
Friday's locations, but this location in west orange is by far the best! The staff is extremely friendly and management is all ways helpful.

This place (location) does not provide dining room service at the level that is expected of the staff. It is all a rush to see how many they can seat and serve but leaving out the elegance and charm of severe at its best. The servers are low level servers. I am a hospitality student with expectations of the field so far am not liking it.

My first ever experience going to "TGI Fridays" and I can tell you I did not thank god it was Friday. I came in for a party of 9. We ordered food and I got a classic ham burger. One of the most repulsive burgers you will ever eat. The meat was really dry and disgusting. Ordered ribs and I found plastic in my ribs. It was really repulsive. It was a birthday dinner so the waitresses sung a birthday song. I wanted to record but since my phone is an iPhone 4 it took me five minutes to pull up my camera to record so it was too late. Lastly lots of us didn't finish the food so they gave us carry out boxes to put it in. As soon as I got home I threw it in the trash. Very repulsive restaurant should be shutdown and they should open an Apple bees instead.

This Fridays is the WORST. Being in this area for years and going there several times makes me have zero problem driving to the BETTER Fridays on Rt 10. The service sucks, you have to wait 30 mins to an hour just to sit down and wait another 30 mins to meet your server!!!! Stop hiring these hoodrats to represent your establishment!!!!! And do not go there on a Friday. You have better luck going to Africa and back 3 times and STILL NOT GET SERVED!!!!!!!! Revamp your brand Fridays because if you have terrible employees you will cease to exist!!!

We wanted a table for 2. It was busy but the lady said 10-15 minutes. There was no seating inside so we sat outside. Some time passes and another couple came and sat down outside and were instantly called. I decided to go inside and see why we weren't called. They didn't bother to call outside! So then we were finally seated and waited another 20 minutes or so to get our drinks and our appetizer. The drinks and appetizer were good. It was extremely noisy and the service took way too long. They didn't even apologize about not calling outside. I will probably be finding another location to go to.
